Original spaces are designs in which preferences such as shape, color, material are formed through a concept in order to create a meaningful whole. In the framework of the study, the spaces designed by an interior architect were "equal spaces"; the spaces not arranged by a designer were considered "non-equal spaces" and were intended to reveal the differences between these spaces. The number of fast-growing and very frequently used food and drinking spaces without the need of the designer, it is unknown what the effects of the establishment by the operator on the user and owner are. In this regard, the two food- drinking spaces with original and non-original designs, the spaces design and the parameters to be taken into consideration in the process of conceptual formation (form, color, material, universal design, ergonomy, etc.) The positive and negative aspects of the eating and drinking spaces that were studied and chosen accordingly. Comparative analyses have found that the original space is more reliable in terms of universal design, more ergonomically comfortable and more comprehensive, identical and original in terms of concept than the non-original space.
