Abstract:

On 2-4 May 2012 at the Erzurum Atatürk University held I. International Turkish-Armenian Relations and Great Powers Symposium presented by Prof. Dr. Kemal Flower "VIII. Taşnak Congress: The Memorial of the Decision of the Armenians, Dr. Bahaeddin Shakir’s VIII. I was criticized about whether he attended the Taşnak Congress as follows: "But some biographical studies have been made about the people claimed to be in the Alliance and Terakki Party delegation.
