The process of industrialization and globalization has been the premise of innovation in terms of organization and management as well as in production and consumption. Especially the last 50 years has been a rapid and important development in this field and it continues to be. Within this fast course, the values of the employees within the organization have been taken into consideration. In this way, the reasons and consequences of individuals' feelings, thoughts, decisions and behaviors are important in both real life and academic literature. It is the general opinion and the expectation that the organizations that try to maximize their profitability by adapting to the rapid change process in the most suitable environment for their employees and responding to their needs as well as achieving the maximum benefit from them. In this sense a positive atmosphere within the organization sought to be dominant. However, with the effect of many factors, especially the individual characteristics, the desired results cannot always be attained and the organization may face negative attitudes and behaviors of the employees. Within the scope of the study, t is aimed to contribute to the literature with a conceptual research about the basis of antisocial behaviors which are one of these behaviors and even behavior groups and how they are encountered within the organization.
