Although bronkogastric fistula often seen after major abdomınal surgery, residual foreign bodies remaining after gunshot wounds can cause a fistula. Here, we aimed to present a patient that was operated for gunshot injury and advanced bronkogastric fistula. A 37 year-old woman presented with cough, respiratory distress and heartburn to emergency department. She had an operation (primer repair for gastric perforation) due to gunshot injury 6 years previously. During peroperative upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, internal fistula orifice was observed in the posterior gastric fundus and also the stomach is swollen by ventilation. Gastric fistula was observed between the stomach and diaphragm in laparatomy. Sleeve gastrectomy was made to include fistula in patient and diaphragm was repaired with sutures. Patient was discharged 8 days later without any complication. Bronkogastric fistula is a rare complication that can be seen after major abdominal surgery and it should be treated quickly because of high mortality
