So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Aim: In this study, we present the histomorphological, immunohistochemical and clinical features of eight cutaneous myxoma cases. Material and Method: Eight cutaneous myxoma cases diagnosed in our hospital between 2008-2012 were included in this study. Hematoxylin-eosin sections were reevaluated histochemical and immunohistochemical analyses were performed as regards Alcian blue, vimentin, CD34, S100, smoth muscle actin (SMA), neuron spesific enolase (NSE). Findings: 6 of the cutaneous myxomas were female, 2 male. The mean patient age was 48,25 (31-76) and the mean tumor size was 1,53cm (0.3-5). 3 of the tumors were located in the trunk, 2 in the head and neck region, 2 in the extremities and one in the breast. Microscopically lesions had lobular growth pattern appearance at low magnification. A sparse proliferation of spindled to stellate shaped cells were deposited in a myxoid stroma. Mixoid stroma was positive with Alcian blue. Immunohistochemically stromal cells expressed vimentin and CD34 but not expressed S100, NSE and SMA. Conclusion: Cutaneous myxoma is a rare, slowly growing benign cutaneous lesion. All the other benignant and malignant myxoid tumors should be regarded in the differential diagnosis.
