Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) is a leukocytoclastic vasculitis, characterized by palpable purpuric rush and deposition of immunglobuline A (Ig A) around small vessels. Purpuric rash at gluteal region and lower extremities is the main symptom of the disease. However it also presents with a wide variety of other signs and symptoms. Here, we report a two-year-old boy who had presented with penile swelling and color change 15 days after the onset of HSP. Followed by penic purpuric rash which was spontaneously disappeared on the second day without any treatment
