Bu çalışma, ekip çalışmasının etkin olarak yerine getirilmesinde klinik liderliğin rolünü görmek, ekip çalışması ile klinik liderliğin ilişkisini değerlendirmek amacı ile Sivas Numune Hastanesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evren sayısı bilindiği için örneklem hesabı yapılmış ve 350 kişi araştırmaya alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri “Klinik Liderlik Ölçeği” ve “Ekip Çalışması Tutumları Ölçeği (EÇTÖ)” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmayla elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 programı değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, klinik liderlik ölçeğinde hizmetlerin yönetimi alanın alt boyutunun en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olduğu, klinik liderlik için kurumda çalışma ve meslekte çalışma süresinin etkili olduğu, klinik liderlik alt boyutlarından kişisel özellikler alanı ve hizmetlerin yönetimi alanının istatistiksel sonuçlarının anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ekip çalışması tutumlarında liderlik, ekip yapısı, iletişim alt boyutlarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu, ekip çalışması tutumlarının medeni durum ve yaş değişkenine göre farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, hekim ve hemşirelerin klinik liderlik algıları ile ekip çalışması tutumları arasında pozitif yönlü düşük bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted in Sivas Numune Hospital in order to see the role of clinical leadership in the effective performance of teamwork and to evaluate the relationship between teamwork and clinical leadership. Since the population number of the study is known, the sample calculation was made and 350 people were included in the study. The data of the study were collected using “Clinical Leadership Scale” and “Team Work Attitudes Scale (ECT)”. The data obtained from the study were evaluated by the SPSS 22.0 program. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the sub-dimension of the management of services in the clinical leadership scale has the highest average, the duration of working in the institution and the working time in the profession is effective for clinical leadership, and the statistical results of the clinical leadership sub-dimensions of personal characteristics and services management are significant. It has been determined that the sub-dimensions of leadership, team structure and communication are at a high level in teamwork attitudes, and that teamwork attitudes differ according to marital status and age variables. It was determined that there is a low positive correlation between the results obtained, the clinical leadership perceptions of physicians and nurses and their teamwork attitudes.
