So many results that aren't mine?

Koronavirüs hastalığı 2019 (COVID-19), şiddetli akut solunum sendromu koronavirüs 2 (Sars-CoV-2)’nin yol açtığı bir viral enfeksiyondur. İlk kez Aralık 2019'da Çin'in Wuhan şehrinde tespit edildi ve küresel bir sağlık krizine dönüştü. Bu derlemede COVID-19 ile kardiyovasküler hastalıkların ilişkisi, fizyopatolojisi, klinik seyri, prognozu ve tedavi yönetimi ele alındı. Pubmed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct veri tabanlarından COVID-19 ve kardiyovasküler hastalıklarla ilişkili bilimsel araştırmalar derlendi. Hastalığın epidemiyolojisi, fizyopatolojisi, kardiyovasküler hastalıklarla ilişkisi, klinik seyri ele alındı. COVID-19’un aritmilerden, kalp yetmezliğine kadar geniş spektrumda kalp hastalıklarıyla yakından ilişkili olduğu, aynı zamanda var olan kardiyovasküler hastalıkların COVID-19’un morbidite ve mortalitesini belirgin derecede artırdığı izlendi.

Abstract:

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a viral infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (Sars-CoV-2). It was first detected in December 2019 in the Chinese city of Wuhan and turned into a global health crisis. This collection discussed the relationship of cardiovascular diseases with COVID-19, physiopathology, clinical course, prognosis and treatment management. Pubmed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct databases have collected scientific research related to COVID-19 and cardiovascular diseases. Epidemiology of the disease, physiopathology, the relationship with cardiovascular diseases, the clinical course were addressed. It was observed that COVID-19 was closely linked to a wide spectrum of heart disease, from arithmics to heart failure, and that existing cardiovascular diseases significantly increased the morbidity and mortality of COVID-19.
