Abstract:

In this study, the place in the Hadith of the work called "Ihtilâfu'l-Hadîs" which has won the feature of being the first work in the field of Imam Shafi's, which has offered significant contributions to the history of Islamic thought, has been discussed. It is the knowledge of the Qur’an, and the knowledge of the Qur’an, and the knowledge of the Qur’an. The main subject of the study is that the Safi, the true and constant hadiths cannot show any contradiction with the Qur’an or with each other. In the work, it is seen that some procedural principles are taken to resolve the mutual hadits.
