The aim of the research is to examine the attitudes of employees working in hotel businesses towards digital transformation. In addition, with the digital transformation in the tourism sector, it is to examine whether the employees in the hotel businesses have unemployment concerns. Quantitative method was used in the research in order to reach the right target audience and generalize the research results to larger audiences due to the wide application area. Questionnaire technique, which is one of the most widely used methods in scientific research, was used to collect data. The universe of this study consists of employees serving in different units of 4 and 5 star hotels in Antalya province Alanya region. The research sample consists of 390 employees selected by convenience sampling method, which is one of the non-probability sampling methods. There are a total of 176 4 and 5 star hotels in Alanya district (www.altid.org.tr, 06.10.2021). The research sample consists of 390 employees selected by simple random sampling method, one of the random sampling methods. Descriptive and exploratory statistical techniques were used in the analysis of the data collected from the employees. As a result of the findings obtained in the research, it is understood that as professional experience increases, employees feel more ready for digital transformation and follow technological developments closely. In addition, as a result of the descriptive analysis, it has been determined that the employees are worried that digital transformation will make them unemployed in the future, they do not have enough education to keep up with the digital transformation, and they worry that the professions in the tourism sector will disappear in the future. It can be said that the results obtained are compatible with similar studies conducted before, and some of the results will provide new gains to the literature.
