Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, gebelikte yaşanan anksiyete, depresyon ve prenatal distres düzeyinin doğum öncesi dönemde bebeğe bağlanma üzerine etkisini incelemektir.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Kesitsel tipte bu araştırmanın verileri, Temmuz 2015-Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında Kırklareli’nin Lüleburgaz ilçesinde bulunan, Lüleburgaz Özel Medikent Hastanesi’nin Kadın Doğum Polikliniği ve Kadın Doğum Servisi’nde toplanmıştır. Araştırma hastaneye başvuran toplam n=319 gebe kadın 1. trimester n=107, 2. trimester n=106 ve 3. trimester n=106 üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan bilgi formu, Hastane Anksiyete ve Depresyon Ölçeği HAD , Prenatal Distres Ölçeği PDÖ ve Doğum Öncesi Bağlanma Envanteri DÖBE kullanılarak toplanmıştır.Bulgular: 1. trimester gebelerin PDÖ puan ortalaması ile DÖBE puan ortalaması arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur r=0,195, p=0,044 . 3. trimester gebelerin HAD ölçeği depresyon alt boyutu puan ortalaması ile DÖBE puan ortalaması arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir r=-0,290, p=0,003 . Aim: The objective of this work is to analyse the effect of anxiety, depression and prenatal distress levels in pregnancy on prenatal attachment.Material And Methods: The cross-sectional data of this research are collected between July 2015 and December 2016 at the Lüleburgaz Private Medikent Hospital Maternity Policlinic and Maternity Service in the Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli. The research was conducted on pregnant women applying to the hospital in total n=319 1st trimester n=107, 2nd trimester n=106 and 3rd trimester n=106 . The data was collected via information forms prepared by the researchers, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale HADS , Prenatal Distress Questionnaire PDQ and Prenatal Attachment Inventory PAI .Results: There was found a positive meaningful relation between the PDQ point average and the PAI point average of the 1st trimester pregnant r=0,195, p=0,044 . A negative meaningful relation between the HADS depression sub-dimension point average and PAI point average of the 3rd trimester pregnant r=-0,290, p=0,003 .
