So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

2020

Abstract:

Yield and Quality Parameters Of Some Cultivated Origanum Spp. Species
2020
Author:
Abstract:

Origanum L. genus have many species both in the world and in Turkey. Origanum onites L. is one of the economically important commercially grown oregano species. Therefore, cultivation and agronomic studies were concentrated on this species. Studies on determination of yield and quality characteristics of other Origanum species are needed. In this study, yield and quality characteristics of O. onites, O. sipyleum, endemic species O. laevigatum and O. husnucan-baseri species were investigated. The trials were conducted as 3 replicates according to the randomized complete block design in 2017 and 2018. The highest plant height (121.60 cm) and the highest branch number (64 pcs plant-1) were obtained from O. sipyleum in the second year. The fresh herb yield values per plant varied from 44.00 to 304.57 g/plant. The highest essential oil rate was obtained from O. husnucan-baseri. Cymene rate (70.69%) was higher in O. sipyleum. The main essential oil components of the Origanum species were cymene (70.69%) for O. Sipyleum; β-caryophyllene (27.76%), -terpinene (25.74%) and myrcene (8.84%) for O. laevigatum; cymene (51.54%), -terpinene (24.73%), carvacrol (6.51%) and thymol (6.20%) for O. husnucan-baseri.
