Çukurova Bölgesinde Muz Tarımı Yapılacak Kimi Alanların Muza Uygunluk Düzeyinin Değerlendirilmesi

Birim alandan daha fazla gelir elde etmek isteyen üreticilerin alternatif ürünlere yönelmesi en fazla görülen tarımsal uygulamalardan birisidir. Türkiye’nin en verimli topraklarına sahip olan Çukurova’da son birkaç yıldır muz alternatif bir ürün konumuna gelmiştir. Tüm Türkiye’de muz üretim alanlarına artışın paralelinde, Çukurova Bölgesi’nde de muz tarımı için kurulan seraların sayısında önemli artış görülmüştür. Adana ilinde muz üretim alanlarındaki artış %400lere çıkmıştır. Muzun insan beslenmesindeki yeterli düzeyde vitamin ve mineral içermesinin yanı sıra tokluk hissi vermesi sebebiyle de diyet beslenmede önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Yapılan teknik analizlerde de, birim alandan kazancı yüksek olan ürünlerden biri olması sebebiyle, kurulacak olan bir muz serasının 7-8 yılda kurulum maliyetlerini karşıladığı, hatta yüksek düzeyde kar edildiği belirtilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, İl Toprak Koruma Kurulu tarafından izin verilen 10 adet muz serasının toprak/arazi özellikleri ele alınmıştır. Ovanın yukarı, orta ve aşağı kısımlarından tesadüfi olarak seçilen muz seralardan toprak örnekleri alınmış ve kimi fiziksel ve kimyasal analizleri yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte arazi özellikleri de dikkate alınarak bu 10 toprak örnekleme noktası özelinde Ovanın muza uygunluğu genel hatları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar ova topraklarında kimi noktalarda önemli kısıtlamaların olduğunu göstermiştir. Özellikle taban suyu seviyesi yüksek, kısmen tuzlu ve yüksek pH değerine sahip ovanı aşağı kısımlarında muz üretiminde daha dikkate dilmesi gerektiğini ortaya çıkartmıştır.

The orientation to alternative products for producers who want to earn more income than the unit area is one of the most common agricultural applications. In Çukurova, which has the most productive land in Turkey, the banana has been a alternative product in the last few years. In all of Turkey, in parallel with the increase in the areas of the muz production, there has been a significant increase in the number of greenhouses established for the muz farming in the Çukurova region. The increase in the production fields in the Adana province has risen to 400%. Because the mushroom contains sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals in the human diet, it also holds an important place in the diet because it gives the feeling of fullness. Technical analyses also indicate that, because it is one of the products with high profits from the unit area, a muz serum to be installed has been charged with the installation costs in 7-8 years, and even has been profited at a high level. In this study, we have addressed the land/arasi characteristics of 10 bananas greenhouse permitted by the Provincial Land Protection Board. Soil samples were taken from the mushrooms randomly selected from the upper, middle and lower parts of the oven and some physical and chemical analyses were made. However, taking into account the land characteristics, these 10 land sampling points have been assessed by the general lines of the Ovan's mosaic suitability. The results showed that there were significant restrictions in some points in the oval soil. In particular, the basin water level has shown that the high, partially salt and high pH levels in the lower parts of the pot should be taken more into account in the production of muz.

It is one of the most common agricultural practices that the producers who want to earn more income from the unit area turn to alternative products. In Çukurova, which has the most fertile lands in Turkey, bananas have become an alternative product for the last few years. In parallel with the increase in banana production areas throughout Turkey, a significant increase has been observed in the number of greenhouses established for banana cultivation in the Çukurova Region. The increase in banana production areas in Adana has increased to 400%. Banana has an important in diet nutrition because it contains enough vitamins and minerals in human nutrition, as well as giving a feeling of satiety. In the technical analyzes made, it has been stated that a banana greenhouse to be established covers the installation costs in 7-8 years, and even makes a high level of profit, since it is one of the products with a high profit per unit area. In this study, the soil/land characteristics of 10 banana greenhouses allowed by the Provincial Soil Conservation Board were discussed. Soil samples were taken from banana greenhouses randomly selected from the upper, middle and lower parts of the plain and some physical and chemical analyzes were made. In addition, considering the land characteristics, the suitability of the Plain to bananas was evaluated in general terms for these 10 soil sampling points. The results showed that there are significant problems at some points in the plain soils. It has been revealed that more attention should be paid in the production of bananas, especially in the lower parts of the plain with high groundwater, salty and high pH value.
