Memluks who reigned approximately two century between 1250-1517 on the geography of Egypt and Syria, started to study densily for gain legality because of their origin was slave. They became major patron of the Islamic world as using two important opportunities about this subject. One of the opportunities, Moguls had to stop the progress to Middle East as a result of the defeat of Memluk in Ayn-Calut in 1260. The second one, caliphate of Abbasid was invigorated again in Egypt which had removed in Bagdad in 1258. The Sultans of Memluk had an active role in the Islamic world as taking both Ayn-Calut and caliphate of Abbasid under their protection. Sultans of Memluk who gain legality in the Islamic world started to strive for make principles sovereignty and domination among themselves. The sentence of “person who killed the sultan become a sultan” will become a principle afterwards because of the state is established as a result of bloody revolution and the system of heir apperancy won’t come true until collapse with the exception of some situations. Bloody revolutions and struggle of power among emirs will imprison the Memluks in geography of Egypt and Syria and as a consequence they can’t apply idea of world domination which is the main target of philosophy of conquest that is seen all the Turkish states in history. Owing to they imprisoned themselves in certain geography, they couldn’t follow the technological development and various events in the world and as a result of this, collapse has become inevitable
