Abstract:

Given the project-based structure of the construction sector, the success of a project is expected to affect the success of both the company and the industry. Professional training is also an important part of the project success in the construction sector. The professional training of employees in construction projects will improve the efficiency in the field and the performance of the project by reducing the errors caused by labor. The aim of this study is to make a comparative assessment of the TPG’s professional education of the countries that make the work data. For this purpose, the Basic Performance Indicators (TPGs) of the professional training institutions in the construction sector are defined using the financial, internship satisfaction, internal process and learning and growth perspectives of the Corporate Balance (KK) method. TPGs were evaluated at workshops in Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Turkey; the data collected were analyzed using the Bully Analytical Hierarchy Process (BAHS).
