We have described the normative, real and psychological aspects of professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists due to which the process of formation of their information technology competence (the IT competence) takes place during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. It has been found, that process of formation of the IT competence of the future specialists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation is carried out within the limits of content-structured, activity and productively-effective components of their professional self-determination. The four stages of professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists in the process of formation of the IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation have been described. We have offered the method of evaluation of levels of professional self-determination of the future specialists on condition of acquisition of the IT competence by them in the process of teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation, which provides the questionnaire survey of subjects of educational process with the use the formulated questions and implementation of algorithm of evaluation of its results with the use of the appropriate statistical methods. Within the limits of the offered method the questionnaire survey of research subjects has been conducted, and also its results have been evaluated with the use the provided algorithm. It has been proved, that the process of formation of the IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation with the use of the developed manuals affects on professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists, and also provides them the possibility to design the future professional activity.
