Abstract:

This study was carried out with the aim of providing experimental support to the opinion on "the role of organizational support in the relationship of professional stress - job satisfaction." The data to reach the target, the targeted main mass (evren) of court judges and prosecutors in Turkey, and members of a social sharing site that houses about 9000 judges and prosecutors, created the main mass (evren) accessible. “The claim that the universe he has chosen is among the first studies,” “the potential for the substructure of other studies to be studied on a similar universe” and “the use of identificative and tubular statistical techniques” are considered as signs of the originality of the study. The researchers developed "professional stress and organizational support" scales and the "Minnesota Business Satisfaction Scale" scales collected data from the universe that can be accessed by publishing in the internet environment. The 393 survey forms received for evaluation are estimated to provide the conditions of representation of the accessible universe. The measurements provide validity and reliability conditions, which are demonstrated by detective factor analysis, verifying factor analysis and chronbach alpha analysis. The average points that the participants receive from the scales are then calculated. Finally, to test the basic hypothesis, it was first sought for a mediation effect by performing multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. According to the results of the analysis, the basic hypothesis that supports the "organic support is variable in the relationship between professional stress and work satisfaction" has been obtained.
