In this study, the selection of ERP software in an electronics firm operating in the defense industry is considered as a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem. Fuzzy TOPSIS is applied as the MCDM method. For this purpose, the data obtained through the questionnaire from the members of the Ostim Defense and Aviation Cluster (OSSA) group and from the in-firm decision makers are used. In order to avoid uncertainty and subjectivity, the levels of importance of the ERP selection criteria and the criteria of alternative software are determined with the data obtained by using linguistic terms which are expressed in triangular fuzzy numbers. In this direction, it is aimed to select the most appropriate ERP software to meet the needs of the company.
