So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract:

During the period when the Turkish economy was going through a troubled process, the demand for workers from Germany was seen as an opportunity for the country to relief economically, reduce unemployment and increase foreign exchange inflow, and it was decided to dispatch of workers to Germany. A protocol on the dispatch of workers was signed with Germany on October 30, 1961 and mass labor migration was carried out within the framework of this protocol. The Germans realized their labor demands and recruitments through the German Liaison Office they established in Istanbul. Turkish workers working in Germany experienced an important social and cultural adaptation problem; due to the language problem, they had difficulty in following up their social rights. The number of workers dispatch to Germany during the period had increased day by day. With the demand for going to Germany increasing too much and intensifying, opportunism and fraud had been encountered on this issue. Towards the end of the period, there was a slight decrease in labor migration to Germany, but despite this decrease, Türkiye was the country that dispatch the most workers to Germany in 1964 and 1965.
