Armenian Question in Ottoman diplomacy came up for the first time during Ottoman-Russian war of 1877-1878. Albayrak newspaper in Erzurum and Hadisat Newspaper as a medium of Committee for The Defence of Rights of Eastern Provinces in İstanbul were spreading propaganda aganist the Great Idea of Armenians. They tried to make Ottoman's Peoples concious of against Armenian propaganda. In this article, We will search that these two newspapers effects on manufacturing public opinion against Armenian propaganda
