Abstract:

Turkey Selçuklu State is a country that has had a large share in the settlement of the Turkish-Islamic population and influence of Anadolu. In the history of the Sultans, which lasted a century, they made great struggles for the stability of the state. However, there have been a number of times in which the landings and outlets have occurred. Turkey Selçuklu sultan in important decisions pay attention to legality with the government men, but according to the Turkish ceremony, it is known that the final decision is the mercy of themselves. These decisions are often successful, but sometimes it appears that they are in a position that will put the state into a difficult situation. Though the sultan have a good education in the state administration, they also have the feelings that are in every person, such as their weaknesses, fears, excitement, and anger. and II. Giyâseddin Keyhusrev, along with being a political leader, comes to us as a sultan with different aspects, separated from others in terms of human characteristics. In this work; II. The personality characteristics of Giyâseddin Keyhusrev in the historical process have been examined. The information obtained in the light of the sources was passed through the tenkits and the information related to the Sultan's personality was identified. The data obtained was evaluated with the psychological consultant Alihuseyn Huseynov and the character examination was carried out.
