Günümüzün küresel rekabet koşullarında işletmeler açısından tedarik zincirlerini oluşturan unsurların değerlendirilmesi giderek daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Tedarik zincirindeki tedarikçilerin performanslarının değerlendirilebilmesi için öncelikle kriterlerin belirlenmesi ve bu kriterlerin önem derecelerinin saptanması gerekmektedir. İşletmelerin tedarik zinciri boyunca birlikte çalışacakları tedarikçileri belirlemeleri veya çalıştıkları farklı tedarikçilerin üretim performanslarını değerlendirmeleri açısından ilgili kriterlerin önceliklerinin saptanması büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada bir üretim işletmesinin tedarikçilerinin performanslarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik olarak daha önce ortaya konulmuş olan kriterlerin önceliklerinin belirlenmesinde CRITIC yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında birlikte çalışılan işletme tarafından 8 farklı tedarikçiye yönelik olarak farklı kriterler üzerinden daha önceden oluşturulmuş olan performans puanları veri seti olarak kullanılmıştır. İşletme tarafından daha önce belirlenmiş 22 farklı kriter arasından ana kriter grubunu oluşturan 5 farklı kriter ele alınmış, tedarikçi bazındaki ilgili performans puanlarının CRITIC yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, bu 5 ana kriterin kriter ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır.
In today's global competitive conditions, it is becoming important to evaluate the elements that construct supply chains for businesses. To evaluate the suppliers’ performance in the supply chain, it is necessary to determine the criteria first and the degree of importance for criteria. It is of great importance to determine the priorities of the relevant criteria in terms of determining the suppliers or to evaluate the production performance of the different suppliers. In this study, the CRITIC method was used to determine the priorities of the criteria that were previously set for the evaluation of the performance of the suppliers of a manufacturing company. The performance scores, which were previously created by the company for 8 different suppliers, were used as a data set. 5 criteria constituting the main criteria group among 22 criteria were handled, and with the CRITIC method, the criteria weights of these main criteria were calculated.
