Abstract:

Vocational High School is described at 2547 Higher Education law's 3. clause as; '' it is a high education institution that educates vocation personnels intended for particular jobs at four half year education period.'' Vocational High School is an educational institution where 5th level occupation personnels are educated. The graduates work as technicians or occupation personnels. These people are basic personnels at producing area as operators. They are the personnels who implement the engineers’ and experts’ projects and they commit producing and employ. Educating such productive occupational personnels in a short time like 14 weeks-4 semesters is considerably difficult. Actually, the 14-week-period decrease to 11-12 weeks because of exams and holidays. On this account, the time of fruitful lesson diminishes. In this study, it has been investigated that the education period at vocational high schools needs to be 3 years, namely six half year. Incresing the education period one year more will also increase the power of competing at industry, commercial and employ area. This is necessary for educating human power
