In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of physical education teachers' organizational justice perceptions on organizational cynicism attitudes. A total of 150 physical education teachers, 53 females and 97 males, participated in the research. In the data collection process of the research, the personal information form and the "Organizational Justice Scale" and the "Organizational Cynicism Scale" were used. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis were used in the analysis of the obtained data. In the light of the findings, it is seen that approximately 34.2% of the change in the organizational cynicism perceptions of physical education teachers is explained by the organizational justice perceptions of the teachers. It has been concluded that the organizational justice perceptions of individuals have a statistically significant and negative effect on their organizational cynicism perceptions. Accordingly, it was concluded that organizational justice possessed by individuals has a significant effect on organizational cynicism. As a result, it can be said that the high organizational justice perceptions of physical education teachers reduce the level of organizational cynicism.
