The aim of this research is to determine the impact of robotic coding education on the problem-solving skills and their self-sufficiency in block-based coding of gifted students at the elementary school level. In the nature of research case study pre-test-posttest without control group semi-experimental pattern was conducted. The study group consists of 6 students each of whom is recognized in the field of general ability. Block-based coding self-efficacy scale (α = 0.893), problem-solving inventory (α= 0.80) and semi-structured interview form was used as data collection tools during the implementation process. Wilcoxon signed-rank test analyses from frequency and non-parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data. As a result, after training in robotic coding, there was an increase in the problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency of students with special skills in robotic coding, but this difference was statistically significant. As a result of the student interviews, it was determined that robotic coding training positively affects the students with special abilities.
