Abstract:

Turkey and Bulgaria fought in the same line against the Opposition States within the Allied States during World War I. The two states were separated from the war as a defeat. After World War I, the Republic of Turkey, under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Pasha, followed a peaceful policy in accordance with "Yurtta Sulh, Cihanda Sulh Principle". Bulgaria has followed a revisionist policy, influenced by the developing political and military developments in the world. In this context, two states. Though short-term political tensions occurred in the process until the World War II, mutual visits led to the solution of diplomatic crises by making friendship and neighbourhood the forefront. and II. At the beginning of the World War, both Turkey and Bulgaria declared neutrality, but with the progress of the war, Bulgaria left the neutrality policy and participated in the war on the side of the Mikhver States. The Republic of Turkey, despite the pressure of the United States, Britain and Russia, hasined its neutrality throughout the war and has declared that it has declared war symbolically to the Mikhver states led by Germany near the end of the war. Bulgaria was withdrawn from the war in 1944. The subject of the work II. The political relations between Turkey and Bulgaria during the World War have progressed in the framework of the friendship messages of the state leaders and their leaders for the purpose of preserving peace andining relations from the beginning of the war in 1939 to the end of the relations between the two countries in 1945. In this direction, the study examined the impact of mutual visits between the two countries, treaties, statements of the presidents and ministers on political relations. The visit to the Turkish and Bulgarian public was also reflected by the presidents and ministers' visit to the Turkish and Bulgarian public and their contribution to the relations of the two countries was also mentioned.
