Bulgular: Etkilenen omuzların 18’i (%69.2) sağ, 8’i (%30.2) sol tarafta idi. 3(%13.5) hastaya akromioplasti yapıldı. Çalışmadaki 26 hastanın %76.9’unda sadece supraspinatus yırtığı mevcutken, %23.1’inde infraspinatus yırtığı da eşlik etmekte idi. Bu hastaların etyolojisine bakıldığında hastaların %11.5’inde (üç hasta) travma hikayesine rastlandı. Hastalarımızın ameliyat öncesi 52.89.1 (33-64) ve ameliyat sonrası 82.0±11.7 (56-100) constant skorları karşılaştırıldığında bütün hastaların constant skorlarında anlamlı derecede iyileşme gözlendi (p=0.000). Sekiz (%30.7) hasta mükemmel, on (%38.4) hasta iyi, yedi (%26.9) hasta orta, bir (%3.8) hasta kötü olarak değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar: Masif olmayan seçilmiş olgularda yapılan artroskopik rotator manşet tamiri; sonuçlarının iyi olması, komplikasyonlarının az olması nedeniyle tercih edilebilir. Beraberinde rutin olarak akromiyoplasti yada subakromiyal dekompresyon önerilmemektedir.
Purpose: Results of complete arthroscopic repair of rotator maneuver fractures diagnosed in clinical examination and radiological diagnosis were clinically and functionally evaluated. Patients and Method: Arthroscopic rotator maneuver was taken to evaluate 26 patients who were taken into consideration with functional scores carried out and controlled. The average age was 52.85±8.39 (distribution 38-71), the average follow-up period was 36.6±16.6 (distribution 14-56) in the month, 10 (%38.5) were male, 16 (%61.5) were female. The patient is preop. It was clinically evaluated with direct graph and MR with radiological, preop and postop constant scores. Results: 18 of the affected shoulders (69.2%) were on the right, 8 (30.2%) on the left. 3 (13.5%) of the patient was acromioplasty. 76% of patients in the study. In 9 there was only supraspinatus breaking, while in 23.1% it was accompanied by infraspinatus breaking. In the ethology of these patients, 11.5% of patients (three patients) had a trauma history. Comparing the pre-operative 52.89.1 (33-64) and postoperative 82.0±11.7 (56-100) constant scores of our patients, a significant improvement was observed in the constant scores of all patients (p=0,000). Eight (%30.7) patients were perfect, ten (%38.4) patients were good, seven (%26.9) patients were medium, one (%3.8) patients were bad. Results: Arthroscopic rotator maneuver repair performed in non-masive selected cases; it can be preferred because the results are good, the complications are small. Acromyoplasty or subacromyal decompression is not recommended.
