Abstract:

Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of prefabricate posters on the break-creating values of the post diameter and the number of the walls of the tooth during placement on the teeth.Course and Method: The study included 100 single-channel mandibules with a small human female. The number of examples is 10 and a total of 10 groups are formed. The teeth were treated with root canal and kept in the serum for a week. All the walls in group A are removed, the one wall in group B is preserved, the two walls in group C are preserved, the distal walls in group D are removed, and all the walls in group E are preserved (n = 20). In the subgroups of these groups (1 and 2) (n = 10) the root channel gap was expanded to be compatible with the thickness of the posts to be used in the work with piezo reamer drill (1-1.25 mm). Then the tork force was applied to the samples and the strength values that were broken were statistically analyzed. Results: The group B-2 (7.71 N) with the lowest average of the break-through results was determined as D-1 (13.1 N) with the highest number. According to the number of walls, there was no statistically significant difference between the breakdown values of the teeth (p >0,05), and there was a significant difference between the post diameter and the breakdown values (p <0,05). The result: while the increase in the post diameter increased the breaks, the number of remaining solid tooth walls had no effect.
