This research aims to explain the obstacles that stand in the face of non-native Arabic language learners, which have a negative impact on linguistic fluency when speaking in Arabic, in addition to providing solutions that enable them to develop their language fluency skills. The research is characterized by being concerned with a topic that constitutes a common goal for both teachers, learners, educational institutions and their supervisors in the field of teaching Arabic as a foreign language. This is because the ultimate goal of all of the above is to reach final solutions that will enable the foreign student to employ the Arabic language in a smooth manner that is not obstructed by any obstacle. The research follows the descriptive-analytical approach, describing the problems and obstacles that stand between the student and the Arabic language, then interpreting them from psychological, cultural and social linguistic points of view, then moving on to providing solutions and suggestions aimed at rooting them out and removing them radically.
