The purpose of this study was to expand knowledge about analysts and consequences associated with amplification of work family conflict and psychological distress with a sample of teachers staff. This study examines the effects of family conflict and the psychological distress experienced by the employee on her work. The objectives of the study are to investigate the female teacher’s employees’ experiences regarding work-family conflict and psychological distress and to find-out the difference among female teacher’s employees’ experiences about work-family conflict on the basis of age. This study was descriptive in nature and the survey method was used. Questionnaire has four factors: i) time-based conflict, ii) strain-based conflict, iii) behaviour-based conflict iv) psychological distress. The purposive sampling technique was used and 200 female teachers selected from ten (5 public and 5 private) universities in Lahore. The researcher was used SPSS for the analysis of data. For descriptive statistics analysis, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Researcher tested the hypothesis to measure conflict in their work and effect on the psychological functioning. Findings revealed that the correlation between the work-family conflict and psychological distress were significant and positive correlate to each other.
