Sınıf öğretmenlerinin Türkçe dersi etkinliklerine yönelik algıları

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin Türkçe dersi etkinliklerine yönelik algılarını belirleyip, bu algıları farklı değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama yöntemine göre desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi yöntemine göre ■(-@+) 0.10 örnekleme hatası ile Şanlıurfa ilinde görev yapmakta olan 117 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak demografik bilgi testi ve “Türkçe Dersi Etkinliklerine Yönelik Algı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise betimsel istatistikler, bağımsız gruplar için t-testi ve ilişkisiz örneklemler için Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin Türkçe dersi etkinliklerine yönelik algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin Türkçe dersi etkinliklerine yönelik algıları farklı değişkenler açısından incelendiğinde ise mesleki kıdemleri, yaşları, eğitim düzeyleri ve okuttukları sınıf düzeyleri Türkçe dersindeki etkinliklere yönelik algıları üstünde etkili olurken; devlet ilkokulu veya özel ilkokulda çalışmaları, mezun oldukları lisans programı ve mesleki gelişim faaliyetlerine katılma durumları Türkçe dersindeki etkinliklere yönelik algıları üstünde etkili olmamıştır. Elde edilen bu sonuçlara dayalı olarak etkinlik bağlamında sınıf öğretmenlerine yönelik düzenlenecek mesleki gelişim faaliyetlerinin iyi planlanması, ileri yaş ve kıdeme sahip sınıf öğretmenlerinin derslerinde etkinlikler yapmaları yönünde teşvik edilmesi, sınıf öğretmenlerinin akademik kariyer yapmaları yönünde fırsatlar sağlanması ve ilkokul 1.sınıf ile 2.sınıf düzeyinde Türkçe derslerinde daha fazla etkinlik yapılması önerilmektedir.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this research is to determine the perceptions of classmates about the activities of the Turkish lesson, and to study these perceptions in terms of different variables. For this purpose, the research is designed according to the scan method of the quantum research methods. The sampling of the study is made by 117 class teachers who are working in the province of Shanlıurfa with the sampling error of ■(-@+) 0.10 according to the easy-to-accessed state sampling method. The study used demographic information test as a data collection tool and the "Turkish lesson measurement of perception towards the events". In the analysis of the data, one-way variance analysis was used for visual statistics, t-test for independent groups and unrelated samples. Analysis has shown that classmates have a high level of perception of the activities of the Turkish class. When the perceptions of class teachers towards the activities of the Turkish course are studied from a different perspective, their professional age, education levels and class levels they study are influential on their perceptions of the activities in the Turkish course; while their studies in the public primary or private primary school, their graduate bachelor’s program and participation in professional development activities have not been influential on their perceptions of the activities in the Turkish course. Based on these achieved results, it is recommended that the professional development activities to be organized for classmates in the context of the activity, encouraging the classmates with advanced age and age to do activities in the classes, providing the opportunities for classmates to do academic career and to do more activities in the first and second classes of the first and second classes of the Turkish classes.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to determine the primary school teachers' perceptions of Turkish lesson activities and to examine these perceptions in terms of different variables. For this purpose, the research was designed according to the survey method, one of the quantitative research methods. The sample of the study consists of 117 primary school teachers working in Şanlıurfa province with sampling errors of + ̅ 0.10 according to the convenience sampling method. Demographic knowledge test and "Perception Scale for Turkish Lesson Activities" were used as data collection tools in the study. Descriptive statistics, t-test for independent groups and One-Way Analysis of Variance for independent samples were used in data analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that the perceptions of the teachers towards Turkish lesson activities were at a high level. As a result of the data analysis, it was found out that the teachers’ professional seniority, age, education level and the grade levels they teach are effective on their perceptions of the activities in Turkish lesson and that the school type (public or private), the department they graduated from and their participation in professional development activities did not have an effect on their perceptions of activities in Turkish lessons. Based on these results, planning the professional development activities to be organized for classroom teachers in the context of the activity, encouraging classroom teachers with advanced age and seniority to do activities in their classes, providing opportunities for classroom teachers to make an academic career and primary school 1st and 2nd grade levels More activities are recommended in Turkish lessons.
