Abstract:

Çalışma, Konya Hayvancılık Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü' nde yetiştirilen 10 adet sağlıklı, fert il, aynı bakım, besleme ve çevresel faktörler altında bulunan Holştayn ırkı süt ineklerinde yürütülmüşlür. Hayvanların V. jugularislerinden alınan kan örneklerinden serum ilo EDTA ve heparinize plazmalar elde edilmiş; bu örneklerin bir serisi ile alkalin fos-fataz (AP), alanin amino transleraz (ALT), gamma glutamil transleraz (GGT), albumin, kolesterol, magnezyum (Mg), kalsiyum (Ca), inorganik fosfor (Pi), bakır (Cu) ve çinko (Zn) analizleri hemen yapılmış, diğer serisi ise - 20 °C de 100 gün bekletilerek aynı ölçümler tekrarlanmıştır. Cu ve Zn analizleri atomik absorbsiyon cihazında (Buck Scientific modem 200 A), diğer analizler ise spektrofotomelrik (Shimadzu UV- 2100} olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Serum ile EDTA ve heparinize plazma uygulamalarında 0. gün için gruplar arasında albumin (P<0.01), P (P<0.001), Mg (P>0.05), kolesterol (P>0.05), AP (P<0.001), ALT (P>0.05) GGT, (P>0.05), Cu (P<0.01), Zn (P<0.001), Ca (P<0.01) önem düzeyinde farklılıklar bulunmuş; aynı parametreler yönünden 100. günde ise farklılıklar sırası ile P<0.001; PcO.OOİ; P<0.001; P>0.05; P<0.001; P>0.05; P>0.05; P>0,05; P<0.001; P<0.001 olarak belirlenmiştir. Her bir parametre açısından ise 0. ve 100. gün değerleri arasında oluşan farklılıklar her üç uygulama grubunda değerlendirilmiş ve farklı Önem derecelerinde sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

The study was carried out in 10 healthy, fertile provinces cultivated at the Konya Animal Research Institute, under the same care, nutrition and environmental factors found in Holştayn breed milk cows. From the blood samples taken from the V. jugularis of animals, serum ilo EDTA and heparite plasma were obtained; with a series of these samples, the same measurements were repeated, waiting for 100 days at -20 °C, with a series of alkaline phosfatase (AP), alanin amino translerase (ALT), gamma glutamil translerase (GGT), albumin, cholesterol, magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), inorganic phosphorus (Pi), baker (Cu) and zinc (Zn). Cu and Zn analyses were performed in the atomic absorption device (Buck Scientific modem 200 A), while the other analyses were performed as spectrophotomelric (Shimadzu UV-2100}). In serum and EDTA and heparine plasma applications for 0 days, there were differences in the levels of importance between the groups of albumin (P<0.01), P (P<0.001), Mg (P>0.05), cholesterol (P>0.05), AP (P<0.001), ALT (P>0.05) GGT, (P>0.05), Cu (P<0.01), Zn (P<0.001), Ca (P<0.01) and the differences in the 100th day in the direction of the same parameters were determined as P<0.001; PcO.OOI; P<0.001; P>0.05; P<0.001; P>0.05; P>0.05; P0.05; P0.05; P0.001; P0.001; P0.001; P0.001; For each parameter, the differences between the 0 and 100 day values were assessed in each of the three application groups and results were obtained in different Importance degrees.
