İsviçre hukukunda 15 Haziran 2018 tarihli Federal Kanun ile zamanaşımı konusunda önemli değişiklikler getirilmiştir. Söz konusu değişiklikler, 1 Ocak 2020 itibarıyla yürürlüğe girmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, İsviçre Borçlar Kanunu’nun Genel Hükümler kısmında görülen yenilik ve değişiklikler ele alınmaktadır. Yine söz konusu revizyonun Türk hukuku bakımından değerlendirilmesi çerçevesinde, geç ortaya çıkan bedensel zararlar yönünden düzenleme ihtiyacı tartışılmakta ve bu konuda çözüm önerisi sunulmaktadır.
The Switzerland law has made significant changes to the Federal Law of 15 June 2018. The amendments entered into force on 1 January 2020. In this context, the study discusses the innovations and changes seen in the General Rules of the Swiss Debt Act. Again, in the framework of the review in terms of Turkish law, the need for regulation in terms of late physical damage is discussed and a solution proposed in this regard is proposed.
