Abstract:

Renal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in the kidneys. It is more frequently observed in men and between the ages of 30-60. Approximately 15% of kidney cell carcinomas metastases into the head and neck area. The purpose of this study is to provide a report of a very rare vaccine that has a history of kidney cell carcinoma and requires sublime mouth metastasis. Fact: A 65-year-old female patient, who was performed a right nefrectomy due to kidney cell carcinoma a decade ago, went to our clinic due to a rapidly growing blood mass of 2x1 cm in the lower mouth for 3 weeks. The result of the exitional biopsy was as a renal cell carcinoma metastasis. In the following 3 weeks, the patient was diagnosed with a brain metastasis and died due to a rapidly progressing general condition disorder. The result: A renal cell carcinoma is a malignity with an increased potential of metastasis. It is believed that pathological formations observed in patients with renal cell carcinoma, even if not within the expected spread area, should first bring metastasis to the mind.
