Abstract The use of environmentally friendly eco-labeled products in accommodation businesses is important both for businesses to gain a competitive advantage and to fulfill their environmental responsibilities. In this respect, the main purpose of this study is to determine the level of use of eco-labeled products in accommodation businesses, which have an important place in tourism activities, and at the same time to evaluate the attitudes of middle and senior managers in these businesses towards eco-labeled products. The study was designed as a qualitative research. In line with the purpose of the study, data were collected from accommodation establishments. The semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative methods, was applied in the study. The data obtained were analyzed using appropriate qualitative data analysis programs. In this context, Code-Sub-Code and Word Cloud models were visualized and interpreted. According to the findings of the study, accommodation establishments have a tendency to use eco-labeled products in order to be a part of sustainability and environmentally friendly movements and to protect nature. Businesses that already use eco-labeled products aim to continue to use them in the future. Businesses that do not use these products complain about cost, supply problems and lack of product diversity. However, they aim to create opportunities and use these products in the future.
