An Arteria Vertebralis Sinistra Case Originated From Arcus Aortae It was observed during the routine dissections on adult male cadavers in our anatomy laboratory that the vertebral artery sinistra has originated from the arcus aortae. It was also determined that vertebral artery on the right-hand side has originated from subclavian artery dextra. Although there have been various studies regarding vertebral artery in the literature, we believe that the variation we revealed in this study would be beneficial for the radiological, cardiological, and surgical operations on the aforementioned area. Keywords: Anatomy, vertebral artery, cadaver, variation.
