The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of work alienation on cyberloafing behavior. Data were collected by survey technique from 187 employees working in a municipality. Data analysis was performed with SPSS and AMOS programs. In the research, firstly a theoretical framework was drawn and then the relations between the variables have been determined according to previous researches and hypotheses have been formed. Then the data reached by the questionnaire were analyzed and the findings were interpreted. In this context, proposals have been made to researchers and organizations. Explanatory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According to the findings of the analyzes, it was determined that work alienation has a positive and significantly impact on cyberloafing behavior and sub-dimensions of cyberloafing (minor cyberloafing and serious cyberloafing).
