Abstract:

In the First World War, that the German and British competition caused, the most affected state was Ottoman Empire. Not only lost the war but also was occupied for a long time. Even at first the Ottoman empire declared its neutrality, by the effect of Union and Progress Party leaders it took place on the side of German-Austrian alliance. So the European war spreaded to a large area including Africa and Asia at the end of many fronts opened in different parts of the geography much soil was lost. While most of front clashes of ottoman was given place in many resources, in history lesson books it wasn’t told from the Çapakçur wars the sufferings lived beside us that avaragely ninety thousands people died in the clashes. As if no war was realized in this region perception settled into minds. This was written in order to explain the resistance of Çapakçur people and to inform the new generation about the important war lived in our region.
