Farklı Klinik Bulgularla Başvuran Erişkin Still Hastalığı

Abstract:

Erişkin Still hastalığı (ESH), etiyolojisi bilinmeyen, patogenezinin henüz aydınlatılamadığı nadir bir sistemik inflamatuar hastalıktır. Tanı koydurucu spesifik bir testin olmaması nedeniyle tanı klinik olarak konulmaktadır. Bu hastalık yüksek ateş, artralji veya artrit ve geçici makülopapuler döküntü ile karakterizedir. Tedavide non-steroid antiinflamatuvar ilaçlar (NSAİİ), kortikosteroidler ve immunsupresif ajanlar kullanılmaktadır. Burada alışılmışın dışında farklı klinik tablo ile başvuran ve erişkin Stil hastalığı tanısı konulan iki olgu sunulmuştur.
