Bu çalışmada, yeni bileşik [HNC5H4B(OH)(OCH3)-4]2[Pd(S2C2O2)2] sentezlendi ve kristal yapısı tek kristal X-ışını kırınım yöntemiyle belirlendi. Bileşik, monoklinik kristal sisteminde P21/n uzay grubunda a=9.1907 Å, b=11.481 Å, c=11.107 Å, α= 90°, β =97.97°, γ =90° ve Z=2 birim hücre parametrelerinde kristallendi. Bileşiğin kristal yapısında bir {[HNC5H4B(OH)(OCH3)-4]2}2+ katyonu ve bir [Pd(S2C2O2)2]2- anyon molekülü bulunmaktadır. İnversiyon merkezinde bulunan PdII iyonu dört koordinasyonludur ve hafifçe bozulmuş kare düzlem geometriye sahiptir. Kristal yapıda, NH⋯O ve OH⋯O ve CH⋯O hidrojen bağları anyon ve katyon moleküllerini bir arada tutmaktadır. Anyon ve katyon moleküllerinin 010 yönünde ikili vida ekseni ve 010 yönüne dik kayma düzlemi simetrisi ile dizilmesi üç boyutlu bir ağ oluşmaktadır. Bu hidrojen bağlı ağ, bc düzleminde a ekseni boyunca istiflenir.
In this study, the new compound [HNC5H4B(OH)(OCH3)-4]2[Pd(S2C2O2)2] was synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by the single crystal X-ray breakdown method. In the complex, monoclinic crystal system, the P21/n was crystallized in the unit cell parameters in the space group a=9.1907 Å, b=11.481 Å, c=11.107 Å, α=90°, β=97.97°, γ=90° and Z=2 unit cell parameters. The crystal structure of the compound contains a {[HNC5H4B(OH)(OCH3)-4]2}2+ cation and a [Pd(S2C2O2)2]2 anion molecule. The PdII ion located in the centre of conversion is four-coordinate and has a slightly deteriorated square flat geometry. In the crystal structure, the NH ̈O and OH ̈O and CH ̈O hydrogen bonds hold anion and kation molecules together. Anyon and kation molecules are sorted in a three-dimensional network with a binary wire axis in the direction of 010 and a straight sliding level symmetry in the direction of 010. This hydrogen-connected network is placed along the axis in the bc level.
