Medeniyetler beşiği olan Şanlıurfa ve yöresinde farklı ilim dallarında pek çok âlim yetişmiştir. İlimlerini geleneksel medrese eğitimi tarzı ile alan bu âlimler sayılamayacak kadar çok talebeler yetiştirmişlerdir. Medreselerde eğitim, yetkin bir hoca ve etrafında kümelenen talebeler ile bu yetkin hocanın gözetiminde okutulan kitaplar şeklinde yürütülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, tarihsel yönüne temas edilerek Şanlıurfa yöresinde fıkhın canlılığını koruduğu medreseler ve medreselerde fıkıh bilimine verilen önem ele alınmakta, Şanlıurfa yöresinde günümüzdeki bazı medreselerde, fıkıh eğitimi özelinde, eğitim yöntemi ve fıkha dair okutulan eserlerin tespiti ve tanıtımı yapılmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda günümüzde Şanlıurfa yöresinde medrese tarzı eğitimini devam ettiren örnek kişiler ile görüşülmüş ve bu yapılar araştırılmış, hocalarından aldıkları eğitim ve kendilerinin günümüzde uyguladıkları sistem ve öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın, fıkıh eğitiminin dünü ve bu gününü açıklaması ve yarınki çalışmalara rehberlik edecek nitelikte olması hedeflenmektedir.
In different science areas, many scientists have grown up in Şanlıurfa and surroundings in which are the main place of civilisations. These scholars who be educated their education with traditional madrasah system have taught many students. The education in the Madrasah is that an authority lecturer and the student around him, and this authority lecturer decide the books which student have to study. In this study, it has been discussed that in some Madrasahs which retains its importance in the Şanlıurfa district and the special interest of fiqh: education of fiqh, training method, detection and identification of the readings of the book about fiqh. To accomplish of this significant goal, it has been interviewed with some people who continued the tradition of the madrasah. After that it has been done the research about the structures. Finally, the education which they received from their lecturers has been studied in a detailed way. One of another main goal of the study is that the work is going to be able to explain the past and present of fiqh education and to guide futures work.
