Abstract:

According to some experts, the impact of artificial intelligence on human history will be greater than the impact of anything else. Some thinkers believe that artificial intelligence could lead to disasters that would go until the end of the human species if it did not progress in a controlled way. Economically, artificial intelligence has already become a billion-dollar industry. The field of application of artificial intelligence covers many sectors such as engineering, science, medicine, business, accounting, finance, marketing, insurance, economy, stock exchange, automotive, education and agriculture. Therefore, there is no doubt that the effects of artificial intelligence – positive, negative or both – will be extremely large. Before this study, after a brief reference to the historical development of artificial intelligence since thousands of years back and the types of machine learning from a technical point of view, the topics of the most up-to-date and important discussion subjects of artificial intelligence are the characteristics such as intuition, random decision making and free will, and therefore whether it is technically possible and, if possible, preferable to transfer creativity to artificial intelligence.
