Timurlu/Osmanlı dünyasının önemli isimlerinden, “Musannifek” lakabıyla bilinen Şeyh Alî el-Bistâmî’nin (ö. 875/1470) Mahmud Paşa (ö. 878/1474) için kaleme aldığı Tuhfe-i Mahmûdî/Tuhfetü’l-vüzerâ adlı bir eseri bulunmaktadır. Eserin içerisinde müellifin kendi biyografisini verdiği sekizinci babın, altıncı faslının birinci aslının girişinde Hasen isimli bir zâta yazdığı Farsça bir risâle yer almaktadır. Bir tartışma meclisinde mezkur zâtın Musannifek’i mağlup ettiği söylentisi üzerine müellifin olayın keyfiyetini anlattığı bu risâle bir cevap niteliğindedir. Pek çok faydası olduğu ve Horasan diyarında çokça rağbet gördüğü gerekçesiyle ilgili eserde zikredilen bu risâle üzerine herhangi bir bilimsel çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Makalemizde bu risâlenin biri müellifin kendi hattı olan Topkapı Sarayı Kütüphanesi, Emanet Hazinesi no. 1342’de bulunan nüshasından ve diğeri Mahmud Paşa’ya sunulduğu tahmin edilen Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi, Ayasofya no. 2855’teki nüshasından hareketle tashihi yapılmış ardından risâle Türkçe’ye tercüme edilmiştir. Ayrıca bağlam, içerik ve yöntem açısından risâlenin değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

It also has been evaluated in terms of context, content and method.
