This experiment was carried out in the 2017-2018 planting period, in Hatay-Reyhanlı with the aim of determining the effect of the October frequency on the productivity and some quality characteristics in bread bread varieties. Six bread bread varieties (Karatopak, Seri-2013, Osmaniyem, Yakamoz, Sagittario and Masaccio) and three October frequencies (450, 550 and 650 seeds / m2) were grown using. Tests; random Blocks Divided Parsels Test Design is established in 3 wheels, and the main parsels are placed in varieties of October frequencies and the lower parsels. The study examined the characteristics of the length, plant length, the number of pearls, the number of one pearls, the number of fertile pearls, the productivity of one, the weight of a thousand pearls, the protein ratio, the age gluten ratio and the sedimentation value. The test found it important for the characteristics of October frequency x type interaction, start-up time, number of one in one, one weight in one, one productivity, protein ratio, age gluten ratio and sedimentation value. October is important for the frequency, the time of rejuvenation, the number of fertile rejuvenations, one production and protein ratio characteristics, while varieties are important in terms of the time of rejuvenation, one number in one, one weight in one, one production, protein ratio, age gluten ratio and sedimentation value. In October, the frequency has been shortened, and the number of fertile brothers and sisters has increased and the protein rate has increased. The highest yield in terms of October frequencies was obtained from 559.2 kg/day and 550 seed/m2 applications, this application was 520.0 kg/day and 650 seed/m2 and 519. 4 kg/day with 450 seeds/m2 applications. In terms of varieties, one yields varied between 652.6 kg/day (Yakamoz) 456.7 kg/day (Karatopak) kg/day. Our findings have shown that October frequency is an effective environmental factor in rates variing according to genotypes on productivity and quality in bread bread varieties.
