Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome is a granulomatous disease characterized by recurrent facial nerve paralysis, orofacial edema and fissured tongue. Observation of the classical triad is very rare and usually mono-oligosymptomatic involvement is observed. A ten year-old female patient admitted first with left peripheral facial paralysis and six months later with right peripheral facial paralysis and diagnosed with Melkersson Rosenthal syndrome was presented in order to emphasize that Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome must be considered in the differential diagnosis of recurrent facial paralysis.
