Bu araştırma okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının çevreye yönelik etik tutumları ile sorumlu çevresel davranış düzeylerini ve aralarındaki ilişkileri belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda, kişisel bilgi formu, çevreye yönelik etik tutum ölçeği ve çevre davranış ölçeğinden oluşan veri toplama araçları, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Kastamonu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi öğretmenliği Bölümü’nde okuyan 400 öğretmen adayına uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının, orta düzeyde insan merkezli etik yaklaşım ve eko-feminist etik yaklaşıma sahip oldukları, yüksek düzeyde çevre merkezli, dinsel etik yaklaşıma ve genel çevreye yönelik yaklaşıma sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının düşük düzeyde bireysel ve toplumsal ikna davranışına, yüksek düzeyde fiziksel koruma davranışına ve orta düzeyde politik ve yasal davranış ile genel çevre davranışına sahip oldukları saptanmıştır.
This research was carried out with the aim of determining the ethical attitudes of pre-school teachers candidates to the environment and responsible environmental behavior levels and their relationships. In accordance with the purpose, personal information form, the scale of ethical attitude to the environment and the scale of environmental behavior data collection tools have been applied to 400 teachers candidates studying in the Department of Pre-School Teaching at the University of Kastamonu School of Education in the 2017-2018 educational year. The study found that pre-school teachers candidates have a medium-level human-centric ethical approach and eco-feminist ethical approach, a high-level environment-centric, religious ethical approach and a general approach to the environment. It has been found that pre-school teacher candidates have a low level of individual and social conviction behavior, a high level of physical protection behavior and a medium level of political and legal behavior and a general environmental behavior.
