Abstract:

Erkeklerde meme kanseri nadir görülen bir hastalıktır ve tüm kanserlerin yaklaşık %1‘ini oluşturur. Nadir görülmesi nedeniyle hastalar tarafından kanser olasılığı düşünülmemekte ve bu durum geç başvurulara neden olmaktadır. Genel olarak postmenapozal dönem kadın meme kanserleri ile benzer özellikler ve prognoza sahiptir. Kadınlarda olduğu gibi; erkeklerde desık rastlanan histopatolojik alt tip invaziv duktal karsinom olup diğer tüm alt tipler de görülebilmektedir. Bu yazıda meme kanseri tanısı koyulan 3 hastanın tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımları ile sonuçları sunulmaktadır. Anahtar sözcükler: Meme kanseri, erkek, mastektomi
