ÖZET Yeni mezun hemşirelerin işe uyum sürecinde yaşadıkları korku, kaygı, iletişim sorunları, başarısızlık, kendine güvensizlik gibi sorunları azaltmak amacıyla uyum ve rehberlik programlarının etkinliği ile ilgili çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu makalede yeni mezun hemşirelerin işe uyum sürecinde sorun yaşamamaları için rehber hemşire eşliğinde dört aylık oryantasyon dönemi Hildegard E. Peplau’nun ‘’Kişilerarası İlişkiler’’ kuramına uyarlanarak gerçekleştirilen bir işe uyum programı sunulmaktadır. Study on the effectiveness of compliance and guidance programmes are conducted in order to reduce the problems such as fear, anxiety, communication problems, failure, self-reliance, which newly graduated nurses experience in the process of employment adaptation. This article provides a job-adaptation program accompanied by a four-month orientation period accompanied by a guide nurses in order that new graduated nurses do not have any problems in the job adaptation process, adapted to Hildegard E.
