Akut İnfantil hemorajik ödem AİHÖ ateş, ödem ve purpurik deri döküntüleri ile karakterize derinin lökositoklastik vaskülitidir. Gürültülü bir başlangıcı olmasına rağmen birkaç haftada spontan iyileşmektedir. Spesifik bir tedavisi yoktur. Bu makalede aşı sonrası AİHÖ tipik bulguları gelişen bir vaka sunuyoruz. Amacımız, döküntülü hastalıklarla ayırıcı tanıda nadir görülen bu hastalık hakkında bir hatırlatma yapmak ve böylece hastaları gereksiz tetkik ve tedavilerden kurtarmaktır.
Acute Infantile hemorrhagic swelling is the skin's leukocytoclastic vasculitis characterized by fever, swelling and purple skin outbreaks. Despite a noisy start, it spontaneously heals in a few weeks. There is no specific treatment. In this article we present a case that develops the typical findings of HIV after vaccination. Our goal is to make a reminder of this disease that is rare in the distinctive diagnosis of erectile diseases and thus save patients from unnecessary examinations and treatments.
Acute infantile hemorragic edema AIHE is a leukocytoclastic vasculitis of the skin characterized by large purpuric lesions, edema and fever. In spite of violent onset, spontaneous recovery occurs within a few weeks. There is no specific treatment. In this manuscript we present a boy that have typical findings of AIHE developed after vaccination. Our purpose is to remember this rare disease in the differantial diagnosis of purpuric rashes and thus protect the patients from unnecessary analysis and treatment.
