So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Müşteri saldırganlığı, son zamanlarda müşteri ilişkilerindeki gelişmenin sonucunda önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Sonuçları itibariyle birçok olumsuzluğa sahip bu konu, çalışanlar üzerinde özellikle fizyolojik ve psikolojik bazı sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu konu üzerine araştırma yapılarak, müşteri saldırganlığının nedenleri, sonuçları ve önleme yöntemleri ele alınmıştır.Ayrıca en çok müşteri saldırganlığına uğradığı düşünülen kargo çalışanları ile ilgili de Yalova ili ölçeğinde bir araştırma yapılarak konunun değişik boyutları ele alınmıştır.
